Bazaar & Bloom
A handloom boutique that names the village behind every bolt. A wall of fabric swatches, shot close enough to read the weave, drives the whole catalogue.

Saris, kurtas and dupattas bought straight from weaving clusters and block-print workshops — nine weaves, eight districts.
The brief
Customers here ask where the cloth came from, and they will keep asking until someone answers properly. Provenance is the thing being sold. Every boutique website shows models instead.
What we built
Natural indigo, marigold and madder pink on undyed cotton — dye lots rather than a brand palette — laid out as a layered collage instead of a product grid. Thirty-seven pages: a page for every weave and every garment, plus the craft, the journal, and how to visit.
The detail that does the work
A swatch wall of real fabric, photographed flat and evenly lit, close enough to see the weave structure. Tap one and the garments filter to the pieces made in it, the cluster and district appear by name — Ilkal cotton, Bagalkot — with a line about how it is woven, and the section takes its accent colour from the swatch itself.
It works because it is exactly how the shop already sells: they put the bolt in your hands and tell you where it is from. Every swatch is shot at the same distance so they are genuinely comparable — shoot them at mixed scales and the wall becomes decoration.
