page, by design
Six chairs, four stylists, a colour room at the back. Balayage, corrective colour, precision cuts, by appointment only.
The brief
Colour clients research before they call, and most of them have been burned once already. Two questions stop them: how long will this take and what will it actually cost. Salons hide both — and the hiding is exactly why the phone does not ring.
What we built
The deep plum of the colour room rather than the white of a reception desk, with a colour-smear photograph carrying the hero. One page, ordered around the service list rather than around a brochure.
The detail that does the work
The service list is a builder. Every service shows its duration and its price at the same weight as its name — no “from”, no “on consultation”. Tick what you want and a running total gathers at the bottom: total time, total cost, and a plain line underneath — That’s about 4 hours 30 minutes. Plan for an afternoon.
Prices are bands, not fake precision, because colour genuinely varies by hair length, and the page says why: longer or very dark hair costs more — we’ll confirm before we start, never after. The total follows you down the page on a phone and carries into the booking form with the selection already filled in.
