The brief

People book skin treatments for an occasion, and they are comparing three clinics. What they need to know is not the treatment name — it is can I get this done before the event, and what will I look like in between. Recovery time is the thing every clinic leaves off the page.

What we built

Botanical, warm and adult rather than pink and clinical: deep moss, treatment-room linen, a copper accent. Eighteen pages — twelve treatments each with its own page, plus results, the clinic, and an honest “who this is not suitable for”.

Enter it and every treatment re-sorts itself into one of three honest states. Fits comfortably — with the number of sessions and the date to start by. Cutting it fine — possible, but only from this week, and here is the last date that works. Not before then — followed by the alternative: not this time; a hydrating facial with no downtime will still help on the day.

Every treatment carries real numbers behind it — sessions, the gap between them, days of downtime, days of visible redness. The arithmetic is simple. The honesty is the product, and the state that talks somebody out of a treatment is the one that wins the booking.
